How this meme works
A cartoon character proudly points to an empty spot where an award would go, then slumps in defeat admitting he never actually won anything. The top line is the boastful setup naming the achievement he is pretending to have, and the bottom line is the deflated confession that he does not actually have it. The humour is in the sudden collapse from pride to pathetic honesty.
